User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to Tiana, a photo-stacking arcade game operated by Tiana Team ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using this application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tiana allows you to import photos from your device, slice them into horizontal strips, and engage in a precision-based stacking game where you align moving slices to reconstruct the original image. The App offers consumable in-app purchases ("Coin Packs") that grant virtual coins used to unlock premium game features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Agreement on your behalf.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the coin system or in-app purchase mechanism
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of third parties

5. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases

The App uses a virtual coin system. Coins are consumable digital goods with no monetary value outside the App.

• Initial Balance: New accounts start with zero coins. No free coins are granted upon installation.
• Purchasing Coins: Coin packs are available as one-time consumable in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. All sales are final except where Apple's standard refund policy applies.
• Spending Coins: Coins are spent to access premium features within the App. Each action displays its exact cost before you confirm.
• No Cash Value: Coins cannot be exchanged for real currency, transferred between accounts or devices, or redeemed for any value outside the App.
• Non-Transferable: Coin balances are tied to your device and cannot be shared, gifted, or moved to another account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and other materials within the App are the intellectual property of Tiana Team or its licensors. You retain full ownership of any photos you import into the App. Photos are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to any server.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiana Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of coins, or device malfunction.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Agreement within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tiana Team operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
