This Privacy Policy describes how Tiana Team ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the Tiana application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

In short: Tiana processes all photos locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your photos on any server.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information Processed Locally on Your Device

The following data is stored only on your device and never leaves it:

• Photos: Images you import from your photo library are saved locally in the App's private storage directory for game functionality.
• Game Records: Your stacking game results, scores, and statistics are stored locally using Apple's UserDefaults system.
• Virtual Coin Balance: Your coin balance is stored locally. It is not synced to any server.

• To provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• To process in-app purchases through Apple's StoreKit framework

5. App Tracking Transparency

The App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. On first launch, you will be asked whether you allow the App to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change this preference at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

All data is retained locally on your device for as long as the App is installed. When you delete the App, all associated data — including photos, game records, and coin balances — is permanently removed from your device.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as the User Agreement hosted page). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you (limited to what is stored on-device).
• Deletion: Delete all App data by uninstalling the App or using the in-app delete function.
